Miles Gilman
Miles Gilman, PharmD, received his undergraduate, graduate and clinical training at University of Florida, Mercer University and Emory University respectively. After several years as a clinician in pediatrics (NICU), and adult cardiac and trauma care; he spent most of his career in fast growth healthcare services and pharmaceutical related companies in North America and SE Asia.
He has started several companies with private, public, institutional, government and corporate shareholders. One of the companies he founded and led was a home infusion company which grew to 330 offices in 48 states in the US. That company was rebranded as Coram Healthcare which is currently owned by CVS Health.
Miles has raised over USD$1B in financing over his career and created more than 6,000 healthcare jobs. He has sat on numerous boards of universities, NGO’s and healthcare companies. He sat on the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital board for 17 years. He has successfully completed two IPO’s on the NASDAQ and NYSE exchanges, and then partnered with the Singapore government for developing therapeutic supplements.
Rick Moss
Dr. Moss has over 30 years of healthcare experience in regional and senior operations positions with specialty infusion companies. He most recently was President and Director of Operations for Pharmacon Infusion Services where he has led the company for the past 20 years with specific concentrations in sterile products, clinical services, USP regulatory requirements, complex licensure and operational efficiencies. As an industry expert, he frequently conducts continuing education with emphasis on clinical diagnosis, patient qualification and pharmaceutical reimbursement to physicians, nursing agencies, nursing homes and regional hospital case management.
He previously served as Vice President of Florida Regional Operations for Unidyne Home Infusion. Dr. Moss was instrumental in the company expanding into a multi branch statewide homecare entity covering approximately 45% of the population in Florida. He ushered the company through successful Joint Commission accreditation in all branch offices and oversaw strategic year over year growth through clinical and managerial efficiencies.
During his tenure at HealthInfusion (NASDAQ), he simultaneously served as Branch Manager and New Operations Specialist. Additionally, he was corporate liaison conducting Phase III trials for pharmaceutical companies and HIV physicians in Florida. He was focal in computerization of pharmacy services throughout the company while overseeing the addition of multiple offices throughout the east coast prior to being merged into Coram Healthcare in 1993. Dr. Moss obtained his BPharm degree from Temple University, PharmD degree from Mercer University and completed an ASHP Residency in Hospital Administration and Clinical Pharmacy Services.
